So I am aware they do exist, but my only question is does anyone have scans of them?
I already have read Annex and Special Chapter EX/4 (not sure where though which is kinda annoying)

I was wondering if anyone had links to any of these (the ones I listed or others)

I did a scan, this one didn't come out where because my scanner wouldn't let me use the top document feeder so I had to do it in pieces. But when I get that fixed I will post again, with one smooth image. But here's a bad scan but for those who are curious on who else is on the cover here you go~
